Disappear to a place where times stands still and nature takes centre stage, as we present 6 luxurious safari-style bungalows, nestled around the lake of our spectacular 320-acre, certified organic olive farm, in Cowaramup, Margaret River.
Designed for minimal environmental impact and maximum comfort - each bungalow boasts a private en-suite, kitchenette, spacious viewing deck and bespoke interiors. Surrounded by undulating natural landscape, abundant wildlife and more than 8000 olive trees, it’s all about getting back to basics, without having to rough it!
We invite you to wander through the olive groves, enjoy a long lunch in the Café, sample our oils and organic beauty products - or simply sit back on your private deck and watch the sunset as it rolls in across the lake.

Our Bungalows have been carefully designed to showcase the dramatic exterior landscape and changing natural beauty of the property, whilst providing a tranquil retreat from a bustling outside world. As one of Australia's most awarded boutique producers of organic olive oil, we're proud to showcase our Organic Farm, Cafe, Tasting Room, Gourmet Deli and Organic Beauty range. You'll also find a wide range of things to do. Whether it's a massage in the groves, yoga class, bush walking, bird watching, wining and dining, olive oil tasting, afternoon siesta or a game of bocce - we provide a unique accommodation experience. Guarantee a Lakefront Bungalow closest to the lake with unobstructed water views and expansive decks with outdoor dining opening onto the grassed lake edge. Fully airconditioned with eco fan and flame heater in winter. Kitchenette and ensuite bathroom with rainwater shower. Enjoy King or twin beds and breakfast basket daily. Designed for couples they can accomodate an additional adult or up to 2 children on our luxe sofa bed. Infants are not charged but we do not provide cots or highchairs.
Lakefront Bungalow - 1 night, Room Only

Our Lakefront Bungalows offer uninterupted lake views from decks which open directly onto the grassed lakes edge. Accomodation for 2 guests in King Bed with additional guests accomodated on our luxe sofa bed, as booked and on request. This 1 night rate does NOT include breakfast but extras can be preordered with notice at additional charge, subject to availability.
Lakeview Bungalow

Our safari-style bungalows have king or twin beds, private ensuite, air conditioning, eco fan and a large sunset deck to relax with views over the lake. Lakeview Bungalows are set slightly further back into the trees. Angled to maximise views of the lake from their decks they give a wonderful feeling of privacy when you retire inside and share designated adjacent parking. In one of these bungalows the bathroom is slightly larger and modified for those with restricted mobility. Bookings in our Lakeview Bungalows may be upgraded to Lakefront where occupancy allows (during 2018 all bungalows are classed as Lakeview). Prices are for 2 adults. Additional guests accomodated on our luxe sofa bed, as booked and on request.

Our Lakeview Bungalows are nestled back in the trees with expansive decks, angled to maximise views of the lake. Accomodation for 2 guests in King Bed with additional guests accomodated on our luxe sofa bed, as booked and on request. Our 1 night rate does NOT include breakfast but extras can be preordered with notice at additional charge, subject to availability.
Payment Policy Payment for the full amount of your reservation will be deducted from your credit card within 24 hours of booking. A valid credit card number will be required as a security bond. Cancellation Policy Cancellation or amendment to the booking may be made up to 14 days prior to arrival for a 5% administration fee. Within 14 days of arrival no refund will be made. Over peak times: cancellation or amendment to the booking may be made up to 30 days prior to arrival for a 5% admin fee. Within 30 days of arrival no refund will be made. There are no refunds for early departures. We strongly advise that you take out travel insurance to protect yourself against unexpected changes to your travel plans. All rates at the time of booking are correct and current and cannot be changed under any circumstances once booking has been made. Each Bungalow can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. Prices are based on 2 adults only. Bedding arrangements for additional guests are upon request and need to be confirmed with Management before arrival. Additional adults and older children (13 and over) are charged at $55 per night. Children (2 – 12 years) are charged at $35 per child per night. The accommodation is not suitable for children under the age of 2. A two night minimum applies. A three night minimum applies over peak periods. Accommodation is room only unless otherwise stated. A Breakfast Hamper and other extras are only included as advertised or are available to order at an additional charge. Olio Bello is a fully operational working farm and 100% Certified Organic with abundant wildlife and stock. Sorry we cannot accommodate pets. Please make alternative arrangements for your pets when staying with us. Due to fire restrictions smoking and barbecuing are not allowed on the property.
