Refunds will only be provided if the booking is cancelled a minimum of 5 days prior to the service. Verbal cancellations are not accepted and must be made in writing. Cancellations for Weddings Concert & Special Event hire will incur a 50% charge irrespective of circumstances if cancelled less than 7 days of the scheduled reservation.
