If cancelling more than 48 hrs before arrival of date no fee charged. Less than 48 hrs a fee equal 100% of the tariff will be charged during busy times. In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival. Upon check in all guest will be asked to provide evidence of being fully vaccinated this is a Government mandate and is a requirement for you to use some of our onsite facilities.
