For cancellations outside of 30 days the deposit will be fully refunded in full less the cost of any credit card surcharges and a $30 administration fee. For cancellations within 30 days of arrivals the deposit will be forfeited. For cancellations within 14 days of arrivals all monies will be forfeited.
