Hi, my name is Helena , and I am the passionate owner of Margaret River Unplugged. We offer gourmet wine, food and magical sights tours along with wine education courses in Margaret River. We started our company in 2016 to realise a dream we have had for many years, to share our passion and love for this region by providing a memorable, fun-filled experience. Our wine education courses are unique and our tours handcrafted to provide the best possible experience of the region. We hope that you come as a visitor, live like a local and become our friend.
Description
We are a wine tour and wine education company operating in the Margaret River Region. The tutors for our wine education program are highly qualified and respected and our tour guides are the best in the region sharing their passion and knowledge.
Margaret River Unplugged Tours is a responsible host for the comfort and safety of all our guests offensive language and unruly behaviour will not be tolerated and the driver/tour guide is authorised by law to ask any passenger displaying inappropriate behaviour to disembark immediately there will be no refund for any part of the tour that has not been completed due to this occurrence. Unplugged Tours reserve the right to cancel any tour at our discretion due to factors beyond our control including not reaching minimum tour pax numbers. In such cases we will offer you to tour on the next available tour or at an alternative tour of equal value or we issue a refund if payment was received.. Tour groups : minimum number of total 5 pax paying adults applies to all of our tours except Private Charter. Prices quoted | Specials offered are subject to change without further notice. Non Refundable Deposit when tour is cancelled 14 days prior to tour or after itinerary has been send. Non refundable payment | balance payment when cancellation is 3 days or less prior to event or otherwise listed in correspondence. Special conditions may apply on e.g. long weekends or when quoted differently. Bookings accepted based on "First Call First In" and payment received on due day. Reservations may be cancelled if payment not received as listed in correspondence. We kindly ask you not to drive after the tour as generous servings are provided at each venue. Please be aware that in accordance with our Public Liability Insurance and the Law strictly no food or drink is permitted in our vehicles at any time. Passengers that endanger or disrupt this priority will be warned and if necessary immediately removed from the tour. Every effort is made to provide the best touring experience but no liability is accepted for any illness injury delay inconvenience loss or damage whilst on tour. Unplugged Tours takes no responsibility for any costs incurred or action taken. We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen property.
