Nougat and Nice
Established in 2016 by pâtissier-chef and Bunbury local Sarah Sorensen, Nougatt and Nice is a celebration of artisan confectionery and premium Australian ingredients. From nougat to seasonal treats, all are made by hand by dedicated craftsmen and packaged with great attention to detail to give you a memorable experience. From classic favourites like Honey Almond to more indulgent flavour combinations, each product is made to feel generous, elegant and delicious.
Try their nougat, individually handcrafted in their Bunbury kitchen with Australian honey and nuts. Marshall's Honey
Established in the Swan Valley, Marshall's Honey is a family-owned business dedicated to sharing the unique flavours and natural goodness of Western Australian honey. Working closely with local beekeepers, they source premium honey from some of the state's most pristine landscapes, where native flora such as Jarrah, Red Gum and Karri create distinctive varieties celebrated for their rich taste and quality.

Whistler's Chocolate
Founded in Perth in 1982, Whistler's Chocolate Company has delighted chocolate lovers for more than 4 decades. Koomal Dreaming
Proud Wadandi custodian and artist Josh" Kooma" Whiteland creates contemporary Aboriginal artworks that celebrate the connection between people, Country and culture . Josh's traditional name," Kooma", was given to him by his Wandani Elders, which is a name he shares with the brushtail possum. Inspired by the landscapes of Wadandi Boodja in Australia's South West, his paintings draw on the stories, native plants, animals and waterways. Every artwork reflects Josh's passion for sharing culture and preserving Indigenous knowledge.
Josh's artwork has featured in public installations, interpretive signage and community projects throughout the South West. At the same time, his smaller pieces allow visitors to take home an authentic connection to Wadandi Country. Whether celebrating the Noongar Six Seasons, native bush foods or the relationships between people and the natural world, every design tells a story grounded in culture and respect for Country.

Founded in Fremantle by husband-and-wife team Marty and Trudy, Mokoh Design creates contemporary Australian gifts inspired by the country's extraordinary wildlife, landscapes and laid-back lifestyle. Every design begins as an original illustration before being transformed into beautifully crafted products that celebrate Australia's natural beauty with colour, creativity and personality.

Vanessa Australia
Inspired by Australia's beauty, Graham and Pat Abbott founded Vanessa Australia to showcase the country's natural resources, such as gold, opal, and iron ore. Named after their daughter, this family-run business is now run by their son, Jason, after Graham and Pat entered retirement. Established in Perth in 1983, Vanessa Australia remains local, with its showroom in Osborne Park, and all of its products are proudly" Made in Australia".
What started with Iron Ore jewellery has expanded over the years into gold and opal (fun fact: opal is Australia's national gemstone), and into collaborations with artists, including First Nations artists from Warlukurlangu Artists of Yuendumu. Vanessa Australia designs and handmakes its timeless products in Australia, resulting in unique products that are not mass-produced. From magnets to iron ore jewellery to customisable gold products, Vanessa Australia hopes to have something for everyone to give them their "little bit of Australia".
Clean and Pure
Clean and Pure was established in 2016 by Melanie and Mark in response to a search for natural and organic skincare products to help with Melanie's eczema. Dissatisfied with the current offerings on the market, they decided to create their own. Based in Mandurah, Clean and Pure utilises naturally sourced ingredients from Western Australia, such as unrefined beeswax from country Western Australia and organic extra virgin olive oil from Australia's South West. They are the only skincare brand in the country to use real Manuka honey in their lip balms.

Jim Ward (Illustrator)
Born in London, Jim Ward now calls Perth home, where he lives with his wife, Beverley. A former RAF fighter pilot, Jim has enjoyed a diverse career spanning aviation, public relations and writing. An avid dog lover and confessed tennis enthusiast, he draws inspiration from the people, places and experiences that have shaped his life. Together, Jim and Beverley have five children and four grandchildren, who are spread across Western Australia.
Considering himself a" "late artistic develope"", Jim started creating illustrations at the age of 79 on a computer program, in the style of naive art. His first illustrations captured his life in Subiaco (a suburb of Perth), and expanded to showcase his favourite places in Western Australia. Enjoy his witty commentary, his unique take on Western Australia's iconic landscapes, and his Airdale Terrier, Ruby, in his two books.
Sandra Ruddle and Lockie (Author)
Inspired by the real-life adventures of a much-loved Golden Retriever, Lockie the Famous City Dog was created by Perth author Sandra Ruddle to celebrate the joy, friendship and sense of community found in the heart of the city. Written for young readers and beautifully illustrated by local artist Rina Bhabra, the story follows Lockie as she explores some of Perth's most recognisable landmarks and shares smiles with everyone she meets along the way.
What began as daily walks through the city soon became a beloved children's book, inspired by the many people who stopped to greet Lockie and share stories of their own pets. Through colourful illustrations and a charming storyline, readers are introduced to family-friendly attractions while discovering the special bond between people and animals. More than just a picture book, Lockie the Famous City Dog captures the warmth, character and community spirit that make Perth unique. It is a delightful keepsake for children, families and dog lovers alike.

Rhyse Maughan (Photographer)
Rhyse Maughan is a Perth photographer whose work celebrates the beauty and diversity of the natural world. Although he has always had a deep appreciation for nature, it was after moving to the North West of Australia in 2011 that he discovered his passion for photography. Inspired by the region's striking landscapes, Rhyse began capturing the places and moments that left a lasting impression.
Rhyse's photography showcases Australia's extraordinary scenery from unique perspectives, from dramatic aerial landscapes and underwater environments to remote natural terrains. His authentic approach extends beyond landscape photography, working with clients to create imagery that genuinely reflects their people, places and stories. Rhyse continues to travel extensively throughout Western Australia and overseas, seeking new experiences and remarkable locations to photograph, while sharing the beauty of the natural world through every image.
Jolly Read (Author)
Based in South Fremantle, journalist and author Jolly Read creates engaging children's books inspired by Western Australia's unique wildlife, landscapes and stories. Her much-loved quokka series began with an idea while walking at her local dog beach, inspired by the cheerful marsupials of Wadjemup (Rottnest Island) that have become famous around the world as some of the happiest wild animals on the planet.
Written in playful rhyming verse and beautifully illustrated by fellow Fremantle artist Natasha Lee, Can a Quokka Quack? and Quokka and the Snowman combine fact and fiction to celebrate Western Australia's wildlife and landscapes. The stories introduce young readers to Whadjuk Noongar names for local places, birds and animals, recognising the state's rich Aboriginal heritage while encouraging children to learn through fun and adventure. Proudly created by a team of Fremantle locals and printed in Western Australia using vegetable-based inks on recyclable FSC-certified paper, the books are as thoughtful as they are entertaining. Suitable for children up to 10 years old, they make a memorable keepsake of Western Australia for families near and far.
Fun fact: Can a Quokka Quack? was gifted to the children of tennis legends Roger Federer and Serena Williams during an international tournament in Western Australia.
