Nutcrackers Lodge is a modern farmstay style cottage on the outskirts of town. 3 minutes drive to bandy creek and 7 minutes drive to the town centre, Nutcrackers Lodge is nestled between trees full of native birds and with kangaroos among the area. It overlooks paddocks with sheep, cows and chooks roaming freely.

Nutcrackers Lodge has 3 bedrooms, sleeping a maximum of 9 people including 2 queen size beds and 3 single beds and sofa bed .The living area includes a big screen TV and PlayStation which can also be used as a DVD player, 3 piece lounge suite and reverse cycle air-conditioning. The dining area/kitchen provides full cooking facilities, cutlery and crockery, fridge/freezer and a microwave, breakfast bar and dining table. The laundry has a washing machine and a trough. The house has verandahs all round and the backyard is fully fenced off and has a clothesline. There is an outdoor table with a barbecue and table tennis.

A $60 cleaning fee will be added to the total booking price at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy- One nights accommodation payable if booking cancelled 2-4 weeks prior arrival. 50% of booking total payable if booking is cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to arrival. No refund if booking cancelled less than 48 hours prior arrival.
Terms and Conditions- Minimum 2 nights stay. Bond of $250 required. This will be returned upon a satisfactory property condition report. Bond will not be returned in full if premises are not left in as clean a condition as on arrival or damages are evident. Any extra cleaning will be at a charge of $33 per hour this includes cleaning dishes cleaning out oven or fridge. A late checkout will incur a charge of a half nightly rate. Bank details for the bond will be sent in the itinerary after payment has been made (bond to be organised direct with the owners). Strictly no smoking on the property. No pets.
