Please check your holiday dates. A booking cannot be confirmed until a deposit is received and receipted. Once a booking is confirmed a contract exists with Mandalay Holiday Resort and Tourist Park and you accept the terms and conditions of this booking. Travel Insurance: We strongly advise travel insurance for all your holiday bookings to meet your personal requirements in respect to personal injury, illness, employment changes or weather conditions. Cancellation Policy: All reservations require a deposit to be paid at the time of the reservation. Without a deposit, we are unable to make you a reservation. Any changes to reservations or cancellations will incur an administration fee of $25.00. All cancellations must be made directly with the park in writing. Upon cancellation, monies paid can be credited to a client account for future stays. Any money transferred for future stays at the parks will only be valid for 12 months from the original reservation date. No credit or refund will be available for early departures or cancellations once arrived. A credit cannot be exchanged for a refund. Standard Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to the reservation date, will receive a refund of monies paid minus a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 14 days from the reservation surrender the deposit. Any remaining monies can be refunded or applied to a client account. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation, surrender all monies paid. School Holidays, Long Weekends $50 Non-refundable booking fee applicable on all bookings. Within 30 days of arrival the deposit, including non-refundable booking fee is forfeited in full Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival and will be forfeited if cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival.
