Our seven newly refurbished cottages are perfect for a family getaway, romantic escape, or friends’ gatherings. Choose from 1, 2 & 3 bedroom hand crafted cottages, set in a tranquil natural environment, perfectly nestled amongst Karri and Peppermint forest, to ensure seclusion and complete privacy. Cosy wood log fires add to the magical rustic charm of the cottages. Games Room equipped with table tennis, tennis court and tennis equipment, pool table, television, kitchen facilities and outdoor BBQ for guests to enjoy. As the cottages are located on a privately-owned working farm, guests are welcome to join in feeding the farm animals. The perfect destination any time of year.

Description

William Bay Cottages are located in beautiful Denmark, along the Great Southern coastline of Western Australia. Our seven self contained cottages allow guests to immerse themselves in a unique country atmosphere whilst being close to the sea. Situated just 15 minutes from Denmark's town centre, we're a stone's throw away from some of the regions most popular attractions including Greens Pool and Elephant Rocks. The family owned and run cottages are built from timber and stone with cosy wood log fires adding to the magical rustic charm of the area. The spectacular 330 acre property adjoins William Bay National Park offering guests a private walk trail through to the popular Mazzoletti Beach. The cottages are surrounded by an abundance of wildlife and offer stunning views through picturesque woodland of Karri and Peppermint trees. In addition, William Bay Cottages also offer guests a Games Room facility with WIFI access, tennis court and morning animal feeds for an authentic hands on farm experience. From a romantic weekend escape, group wedding accommodation or family getaway, William Bay Cottages offers something for everyone. This character filled cottage constructed of locally sourced timber and stone is set amongst a beautiful secluded setting with all that you need in a home away from home. Currawong has a spacious master bedroom with a queen size bed, extra large SPA ensuite and private balcony upstairs. Endeavour Cottage

Endeavour is the largest of all of our cottages. It was built along the same theme as our 2 bedroom cottages using locally sourced timber and stone and has lots of unique rustic touches throughout. The upper level of this cottage consists of the master bedroom (queen bed) with ensuite and a private balcony. There is a second master room (queen bed) with ensuite downstairs, along with a third bedroom containing four single beds. In addition, there is a third bathroom / laundry and large open plan living area with plenty of comfortable seating for all. The outside wrap around verandah and large grassed yard also make this a fantastic cottage for shared summer BBQs and family gatherings in the garden during the warmer months. **Please note that the tariff is calculated on the total number of guests (adults and children) staying in the property each night. Lavender Lane is a lovely two storey self-contained cottage built from locally sourced timber, iron stone rock and brick feature walls. This cottage has the main bedroom with a queen size bed located upstairs along with a private balcony overlooking a lush karri forest and natural spring. The second bedroom consisting of 2 single beds along with the bathroom, living area and kitchen are all located downstairs. In addition, we are able to convert the two singles beds into a King making this cottage a fantastic option for 2 couples traveling together. Robins Nest Retreat

Our recently renovated couple's retreat is fully self contained and has all that you need to be a home away from home. With a stunning view across a sunken valley of karri and peppermint trees Robin's Nest Retreat offers complete seclusion and privacy. Built from locally sourced timber and iron stone rock, this cottage has it's bedroom upstairs. Along with a comfortable king bed the upstairs bedroom has its own balcony and an ensuite bath overlooking a lush karri forest and natural spring. The bathroom, living area and kitchen are all located on the lower level. The cottage features an outdoor seating area to enjoy the natural garden setting and abundance of birdlife.

Our one bedroom couple only spa chalet, Settlers Cottage, is designed for that special occasion just for two. The master bedroom has a large bathroom with private views into the surrounding bush land from your relaxing spa. Luxury appointments include a large twin shower head and a two person spa with surround sound. Like all our chalets and cottages, Settlers Cottage is constructed from traditional stone and timber, with rustic touches inside and out, and is unique, cosy and completely self-contained.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change and cancellation of bookings is sometimes necessary. We have the following policy in place in an effort to ensure that both we and our guests are treated fairly. In the event of a cancellation prior to 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded less a $100 admin fee. In the event of a cancellation less than 30 days or on occasion of an early departure of any number of guests, the booking will be non-refundable and the total amount of the accommodation will be charged. If we are able to re-book the accommodation for the same time period, the balance of the accommodation cost will be refunded minus a $100 admin fee. We recommend travel insurance to cover you in the case of an emergency, sickness or other mishap. DATE CHANGES Date changes prior to 30 days of arrival, wont incur a fee. Date changes within 30 days of your reservation are considered a cancellation and will therefore be subject to our cancellation policy. Shortening a stay is considered a date change and will, therefore, be subject to this date change policy. Extending a stay can be requested at any time without incurring any fees and the request may or not be accepted subject to availability. The new booking date must be within 12 months from the original booking date and only one date change per booking is permitted before an administration fee of $150 is applied.
