The guest enjoys one of three queen-sized bedrooms connected to the shared well-appointed lounge, bathroom, and kitchenette. If you would like to book the exclusive use, please reach out via available contact details. The guest's area looks out to a relaxing garden.
Allora House is only two blocks from the main street, a block from the train station, and a short walk to most attractions.

Description
Allora is the Italian word for affection and fittingly named when the house was built by JD Connolly and offered as a gift from the owner to his future wife as an engagement present. Allora house was built in 1897. The guest enjoys one of three fully renovated comfortable bedrooms, all connected to the shared lounge and dining room. The kitchenette and bathroom also can be accessed from the shared space. Please note Allora house does not provide breakfast, though there is a well-equipped kitchenette and a supermarket a block away from us. The kitchenette is modern and well-appointed, with a microwave, sink, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, cutlery, crockery, full-size fridge, cutting board, cupboard storage for your groceries, knives, bottle opener, salad bowl, etc, and enjoy making your meals. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV, reverse cycle air conditioning, and a modern ensemble bed to accompany restored furniture sympathetic to the period of the house. Our linen is Australian-made a sustainably produced. Our lounge/dining area has a chaise lounge, lounge suite, full-size TV and sound system, coffee table, and dining table with four chairs. The lounge/dining area overlooks the garden. We have a wide veranda opening onto a sheltered garden. Lovely to watch the changes of the season in the garden. Guests enjoy lounging in the garden. To make your visit more comfortable we have free wifi, maps of our area and tourism information. We enjoy greeting our guests and sharing information on the heritage, good food, fun things to do, and information about our wider region. Located two blocks from the main street, one block from the railway station, over the road from restaurants, and others a short walk. We are a quiet place to while away the hours and enjoy an immersion into history. We like showing off the depth and diversity of our rich heritage and region.

Guests can enjoy and utilise the shared well-appointed laundry, kitchenette, dining area, lounge area (with smart TV), and bathroom; as well as the BBQ/outdoor garden entertainment areas. Entering the space is accessible from the street. Walking from the parking along the wide veranda, through the garden. The garden door enters the lounge dining area through lockable security sliding door. The guests are provided the key to their room and the garden door. We have parking on-site and on the street. Allora house provides guests with safe, secure off-street parking, shared laundry, kitchenette, dining areas, lounge, and BBQ/outdoor garden entertainment areas. As guests check in, let us know the arrival time so we can meet you. As you leave, Please lock your door and leave the keys in the dropbox provided. If you cancel your booking more than seven days before arrival you will receive a full refund. Cancellations within seven days of arrival will be charged 50%. No refund is provided in the case of no show. We look forward to seeing you If you have been quoted and charged an extended stay rate and your stay is shortened the guest authorises Allora House Kalgoorlie to adjust the rate reflecting this new length of stay rate. Any damage or loss by the guest will be paid for by the guests.
