Full payment due on all bookings within one hour - if not paid within one hour of booking, the reservation will automatically cancel. Cancellation Policy 48 hrs notice otherwise 2 nights accommodation charged. Minimum 3 night booking on Public holiday weekends, Easter and Xmas - 48hrs notice otherwise full stay charged. House is 3 Night minimum at all times. Apartments are 2 night minimum at all times.
