Each air-conditioned 26m2 Elizabeth Quay Studio features a snug and supportive king bed or two twin beds, a 49” Smart TV, safe, and coffee & tea making facilities. Light timber and a neutral colour scheme create a warm and welcoming interior. The modern bathrooms dressed in slate grey tiles have spacious rain showers. Cancellation policy: 24 hours prior to arrival date. No-show charges apply. Rates are NLRA (Non-Last Room Availability) whereby fixed negotiated rates are not available to travelers during peak periods. Reservations are subject to availability and sold on a request basis only. During public holidays, special events and peak demand periods, minimum stay requirements (typically 2-3 nights depending on the event) and/or a surcharge of $120 per room per night may apply. Please contact our Reservations Team at the time of booking and we will be happy to advise whether your requested dates are affected. Child Policy: Maximum occupancy is 2 guests per room. Children may stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parents or guardians. Rollaway beds are not available.
