Bookings and Payment • All prices are stated in Australian dollars and include GST unless otherwise noted. • A booking is confirmed once full payment is received and a confirmation email is issued. • Payments can be made online via our secure booking system. 2. Cancellations and Refunds • Guest cancellations: o More than 7 days before the scheduled tour: full refund. o Between 7 days and 48 hours: 50% refund. o Less than 48 hours: no refund available. • Operator cancellations: o We may cancel or modify a tour if conditions make it unsafe or impractical (including weather, mechanical issues, or ferry disruption). o If we cancel, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another date. o We are not liable for costs outside the tour itself (for example, ferry fares or accommodation).
