Five (5) seperate bedrooms offering a combination of single and double/queen beds with the Master Bedroom and Three Dble rooms. All Linen and Towels are provided. 2 WCs and 2 bathrooms, one being an ensuite in the Master bedroom boasting a Spa bath. A light and bright Sunroom adjoins the outside pergola/BBQ area. The laundry is equipped with a washing machine & dryer, Ironing board and Iron. Plus a games room with built in Bar and a Pool table or Flip for Air Hockey! We cater for large groups of people sleeping 13 in private rooms with an extra 2 people, which can be accommodated on the queen size sofa bed. Total 15. Definitions “Booking” means the period for which you have paid to stay at the property. “Property” means Rustic Retreat Esperance 25 Daphne Street Castletown WA 6450 and all fixtures fittings and equipment. “Management” means the owners and managers of the property. “Guests” means the persons who stay overnight in the property during the Booking. “Visitor” means a person a guest permits to visit the property during the booking. 2. Acceptance & Responsibility Payment of the Deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 3. Payment Option A Deposit of 20% (minimum) must be received within 7 days after Management takes the Booking. Bookings are NOT confirmed unless and until this Deposit is received. Payment in Full must be received NO later than 28days prior to your Check in date. We accept Payment by the following methods: Visa MasterCard or direct deposit into our Pay Pal account being – rusticretreatesp@gmail.com A credit card surcharge of no more than 2% will be levied to cover transaction costs associated with the credit card payments. 4. Security Property Bond A credit card authorisation must be provided to Management upon confirmation of your booking for the Property Bond of $500.00. This will be held 1 day prior to your check in date. Any loss or expense incurred by Management as a result of your breach of these Terms & Conditions will be charged against the credit card. Examples include but are not limited to any breakages damage or excess cleaning requirements extra guests or visitors beyond those declared theft of goods Fire or Water damage Electrical repair or damage due to misuse or excessive overloading relocation of furniture causing damage. 5. Check Out/Check In Check In NO earlier than 2.00pm or 1400hrs. Check Out NO later than 10.00am. Late departure is subject to prior arrangement and availability and extra charges will apply.
